Yes, hiring a photographer is primarily about receiving gorgeous photos and artwork for your home, but I don’t want to wait until the end of our time together to give you all the happy feels. I want to thrill my clients from the moment of our very first interaction. With this in mind, I have designed a portrait experience that I hope will exceed all of your expectations. Here's what you can expect when you hire me for a maternity session:
A Planning Session
We’ll get together for a quick chat and discuss your vision for your newborn session and how I can make it a reality for you. Then, we’ll discuss whether you’re the type of mom who prefers designing and printing your own photo products from digital files or whether you’re too busy juggling everything else on your mom-plate and you would prefer to purchase products ready for immediate display. (Maybe you’re like me, and you want a little of both)! Whatever type of mom you are, I am here to give you exactly what you’re looking for!
A Custom-Designed Photo Shoot
Maternity sessions can take place in your home, my studio, or at an outdoor location of your choosing. If you need help selecting a location, I have plenty of local recommendations!
For outdoor and studio sessions, I have a client wardrobe with maternity gowns and floral headpieces that you are welcome to use.
A Reveal/Ordering Session
We’ll meet so that I can show you a slideshow of images from your session, set to music. We’ll go through your entire gallery of images together, and I’ll help you make those tough decisions as you choose your favorite photographs and how you want to display them!
I LOVE giving expecting mamas images where they love the way they look! Thrilling you is a top priority for me, so if you have a big smile on your face after the “reveal,” I’ll know my first mission has been accomplished! All I have left to do is delight you with the delivery of your quality portraits and photo products and hope that you have enjoyed our relationship as much as I have.
